Caroline Pendleton-Nash
Chief Executive Officer
Caroline Pendleton-Nash is the founding Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Queen Elizabeth’s Global Schools, leading the group’s strategic vision and international growth. With over two decades of leadership experience in education across the UK, Asia and the Middle East, she is known for driving academic excellence, building high-performing teams, and launching complex school development projects.
Caroline’s work is grounded in the belief that outstanding education can transform lives. She has advised governments, led school improvement across diverse contexts and worked with global investors to create innovative, future-focused learning environments. Her leadership is shaped by a commitment to values-driven education, personalised learning and preparing students to thrive in a competitive, global society.
Lavnish Arora
Chief Financial Officer
Lavnish Arora is the Chief Financial Officer of Queen Elizabeth’s Global Schools, who oversees the group’s international operations, financial strategy, planning and governance. With a strong background in financial management and corporate finance, Lavnish brings extensive experience in the education sector and has held senior finance positions across leading international organisations.
He is responsible for driving sustainable growth, ensuring robust financial controls, and supporting investment in high-quality education. Lavnish works closely with the CEO and global leadership team to align financial planning with the group’s mission to deliver exceptional British-style education worldwide.
Daksh Singhal
Group Head of Operations
Daksh Singhal serves as Group Head of Operations at Queen Elizabeth’s Global Schools, bringing with him a strong track record of operational leadership in international K–12 education. With an MBA and a background in human resources, Daksh has held senior positions within some of the largest international school groups, where he led talent acquisition and people operations.
His approach combines operational excellence with a deep understanding of international school environments. At Queen Elizabeth’s Global Schools, Daksh oversees school operations across regions, ensuring alignment with our educational vision, regulatory standards and world-class service delivery.
Penelope Georgakis
Group Head of Marketing
Penelope Georgakis is an accomplished marketing, communications and partnerships leader with two decades of experience shaping brand strategy and driving growth across the banking, edtech, education, luxury retail and real estate sectors. Known for her strategic insight and ability to translate vision into action, she has led high-impact brand transformations, elevated corporate reputation and built high-performing multicultural teams across the GCC and Levant, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in the UK, Europe and North America. Penelope has partnered with global institutions – including Apple, Harvard University, MasterCard and leading media networks – to advance innovative brand programmes, strengthen stakeholder engagement and deliver measurable business value.
Penelope’s work is rooted in the belief that meaningful communications can empower organisations, deepen trust and accelerate progress. She has advised senior leadership, spearheaded complex digital and PR initiatives and pioneered region-first innovations such as blockchain-secured student credential portfolios. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to creative excellence, values-driven storytelling and building collaborative partnerships that inspire impact.
